Toss together chicken pieces black pepper salt paprika rosemary thyme oregano sage white pepper and cayenne in a large bowl to coat.

Line baking sheet with foil and spray foil with nonstick spray. In a medium sized bowl mix together buttermilk 1 tablespoon paprika 2 teaspoons cayenne 1 tablespoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of salt. Heat oven to 425f. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Instructions 1 preheat oven to 350 f. Add chicken to the buttermilk mixture. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Place buttermilk in shallow dish.
